Public and Private PAIR & Intermittent TESS Problems
Public and Private PAIR
Public and Private PAIR users are currently experiencing intermittent issues with Image File Wrapper (IFW).
The USPTO is aware of the problem and is actively working on getting it resolved.
Intermittent TESS Problems
Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS) is currently experiencing intermittent technical difficulties and users may be unable to access the database. The problem is being addressed by staff at the USPTO. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
