Public and Private PAIR, ACTS, and OEDCI Maintenances
Public and Private PAIR Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting the Public and Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (Public and Private PAIR) systems beginning at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 5 a.m., Tuesday, April 21 ET.
Although both Public and Private PAIR are expected to remain available, assignment data retrieval through Public and Private PAIR may become unavailable during the maintenance period.
ACTS Maintenances
The USPTO will perform two maintenances on the Adjudicated Case Tracking System (ACTS).
- The first maintenance will begin at 12:01 a.m. and end at 5:30 a.m., Tuesday, April 21 ET.
- The second maintenance will begin at 12:01 a.m. and end at 5:30 a.m., Wednesday, April 22 ET.
ACTS will be unavailable during both of the maintenance periods.
OEDCI Maintenances
The USPTO will perform two maintenances affecting the Office of Enrollment and Discipline Roster of Patent Attorneys/Agents (OEDCI) system.
- The first maintenance will begin at 12:01 and end at 5 a.m., Wednesday, April 22 ET.
- The second maintenance will begin at 12:01 and end at 5 a.m., Thursday, April 23 ET.
OEDCI will be unavailable during both maintenance periods.
