PTAB E2E Maintenance
The USPTO will be performing maintenance on the Patent Trial Appeal Board E2E (PTAB E2E) beginning at midnight, Saturday, December 10 and ending at 7:00 p.m., Sunday, December 11 ET.
During the maintenance period PTAB E2E will be unavailable.
Trademark System Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark System Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) and Trademark Identification Manual for Acceptable Goods and Services (TIDM) beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, December 10 and ending at noon, Saturday, December 10 ET.
The Trademark Official Gazette (TMOG), Trademarks Search and Document Retrieval (TSDR), and TIDM will be unavailable during the maintenance period. However, the PDF version of the gazette will be available during the maintenance period as well as the legacy version of the ID Manual.
The maintenance will also prevent use of the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) initial application forms.
The following systems will remain available during the TSDR maintenance, but links to and images derived from TSDR will be unavailable, including mark images.
- Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) except for initial application forms
- Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
- Trademarks Electronic Official Gazette (TMOG)
- Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Viewing on the Web (TTABVUE)
- Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS)
- Trademark Data Entry and Update System (TRADEUPS)
