Private PAIR Maintenance
The USPTO will perform affecting Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (Private PAIR) nightly, beginning Thursday, May 28 and ending Sunday, May 31, according to the schedule below:
- begin at 12:01 a.m. and end at 5 a.m., Thursday, May 28 ET.
- begin at 12:01 a.m. and end at 5 a.m., Friday, May 29 ET.
- begin at 12:01 a.m. and end at 5 a.m., Saturday, May 30 ET.
- begin at 12:01 a.m. and end at 5 a.m., Sunday, May 31 ET.
Private PAIR will be unavailable during all maintenance periods.
EPAS and ESTTA Maintenance
The USPTO will perform two maintenances affecting the Electronic Patent Assignment System (EPAS) and Electronic System for Trademarks Trials Appeals (ESTTA) beginning at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 5 a.m., Thursday, May 28 ET.
EPAS customers may save their submissions prior to the maintenance, and submit the saved submissions once the maintenance period is complete.
EPAS and ESTTA will not be available during the maintenance period.
Online Business System Maintenance
USPTO will perform system maintenance on USPTO's Online Business Systems beginning at 11:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 27 and ending at 2 a.m., Thursday, May 28 ET and again beginning at 11:59 p.m., Thursday, May 28 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Friday, May 29 ET.
This maintenance may cause intermittent service interruptions to www.uspto.gov and the applications listed on Online Business System page.

TSDR Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting the Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) system beginning at 10 p.m. Saturday, May 30 and ending at 5 a.m., Sunday, May 31 ET.
TSDR will be unavailable during the maintenance period
