The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (Private PAIR) beginning at midnight and ending at 5 a.m., Tuesday, April 28 ET.
Access to E-Patent Reference Data through Private PAIR will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
Private PAIR itself is expected to remain available.
