Planned Events

EFS and EFS-Web Contingency will be unavailable during the maintenance period.

The OCIO will perform maintenance on the EFS-Web and EFS-Web Contingency beginning at 12:01 a.m., Friday, January 11 and ending at 5 a.m., Friday, January 11 ET.

If you need to file a new patent application, follow-on submission to existing application, or fee payment during this maintenance period, please use an alternative filing method.

Systems Maintenance

The USPTO will be performing maintenance impacting several systems beginning at 12:01 a.m., Friday, January 11 and 5 a.m., Friday, January 11 ET.

During the maintenance period, the following systems will be unavailable:

  • Trademark Next Generation – ID Manual (TMNG-IDM)
  • Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) and Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
  • Reference Document Management Service (RDMS, also known as TMEP, TFSR, TBMP, and eMPEP)

 

DCM Website Maintenance

The USPTO will be performing maintenance impacting the Digital Certificate Management (DCM) website beginning at 12:01 a.m., Friday, January 11 and ending at 5 a.m., Friday, January 11 ET.

During the maintenance period, users will be unable to manage their External Public Key Infrastructure (EPKI) profiles via the DCM website.
