Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) application on two nights:
• The first night of maintenance will be from 12:01 a.m. until 5:30 a.m. on Friday, January 19 ET.
• The final night of maintenance will be from 12:01 a.m. until 5:30 a.m. on Sunday, January 21 ET.
During the maintenance period, TSDR will be available, but might experience some slow response time.
Electronic Patent Assignments System (EPAS) and Electronic Trademark Assignments System (ETAS) Maintenance
The USPTO Certified Copy and Assignments (CC&A) Product team will replace the EPAS and ETAS systems with IPAS (Assignment Center), from 9 a.m. until 11 p.m. on Friday, January 19 ET.
During the maintenance period and after, the EPAS and ETAS products will not be available. Please use the new product at: https://assignmentcenter.uspto.gov.
Services - One Patent Service Gateway (S-OPSG) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on the S-OPSG application on two nights:
• The first night of maintenance will be from 12:01 a.m. until 5:30 a.m. on Friday, January 19 ET.
• The final night of maintenance will be from 12:01 a.m. until 5:30 a.m. on Sunday, January 21 ET.
During the maintenance period, S-OPSG will be available, but might experience some slow response time.

The USPTO will perform maintenance on
Trademark systems from 12 a.m. until 5 a.m. on Saturday, January 20 ET.
Please note during this time Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) Status Tab may not be available.
Systems Maintenance
The USPTO will perform routine maintenance affecting several systems beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, January 20 and ending at 9 a.m., Sunday, January 21 ET.
The following systems and systems that interface with these systems will be unavailable during the maintenance period:
- Office of Enrollment and Discipline Roster of Patent Attorneys/Agents (OEDCI)
- Patent Center and Sponsorship tool
- Patent Trial and Appeal Tracking System (P-TACTS)
- Publication Site for Issued and Published Sequences (PSIPS)
- Financial Manager and Patent Maintenance Fees Storefront
- Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
- Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
- Trademark Official Gazette (TMOG)
- Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS)
The maintenance will also cause interruptions to payment processing for users of the Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA), the Electronic Trademark Assignment Search (ETAS), the Order Entry Management System (OEMS), and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board End to End (PTAB-E2E).

The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on the Trademarks Database Servers from 12:01 a.m. until 6 a.m. on Sunday, January 21 ET.
