Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA) system from 12:01 a.m. until 1 a.m. on Saturday, December 2 ET.
During the maintenance period, ESTTA will be unavailable.
Vendor Portal Maintenance
The OCIO will perform maintenance on Vendor Portal from 12:01 a.m. until 1 a.m. on Saturday, December 2 ET.
During this time, users will be unable to access the system.
Assignments Historical Database (AHD) and Patent and Trademark Assignment System (PTAS) Migration
The USPTO Certified Copy and Assignments (CC&A) Product team will perform database migration to Rocky Linux in production on PTAS and AHD databases beginning at 9 a.m., Saturday, December 2 and ending at 4 p.m., Sunday, December 3 ET.
During the maintenance period, the following system products will be unavailable:
• AHD
• Assignments on the Web (AOTW)
• Electronic Patent Assignment System (EPAS)
• Electronic Trademark Assignment System (ETAS)
• Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Inquiry System (TTABVUE)
• Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR)
TTAB ReadingRoom Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the TTAB ReadingRoom system from 12:01 a.m. until 1 a.m., Saturday, December 2 ET.
TTAB ReadingRoom will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
Trademark System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on Trademark systems from 12:00 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 6 ET.
The following systems will be impacted:
• Trademark Official Gazette (TMOG) will not be available. You can access recent PDF versions of the gazette on the Trademark Official Gazette webpage. For archived PDF versions of gazettes dating back to 2001, visit the archived editions page.
• Trademarks ID Manual (IDM) will not be available.
• Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) initial application forms will not be available.
• TTAB Reading Room will not be available.
• Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) will be unavailable.
The following systems will remain available, but links to and images derived from TSDR will be unavailable, including mark images.
• Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) (all forms except the initial application forms will be available)
• Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
