Services - Document Wrapper for Patents (S-DWP) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on S-DWP from 12:01 a.m. until 5 a.m. on Tuesday, November 28 ET.
During the maintenance period, users will not be able to view or download Patent Documents. This will impact the following systems:
Office Action Conversion to XML4IP 3.0 (OA2XML)
Supplemental Complex Repository for Examiners (SCORE)
Sequence Listing Information Control (SLIC)
- Docket and Application Viewer (DAV)
- Official Correspondence (OC)
- Patent Center
- Patent Application Locating and Monitoring Patent Cooperation Treaty Operations (PCT-OPS)
- Patent Application Services and Security (PASS)
- Event-Hub
- Enterprise Application Integration HUB (EAI-HUB)
- Patent Trial and Appeal Case Tracking System (P-TACTS)
Patent Center: During the maintenance period, new documents submitted via Patent Center will experience longer than expected delays in becoming available in the Patent Center's Documents & Transactions tab. Customers should check back to see if the impacted submissions are available at Patent Center on the afternoon of Tuesday, November 28.
Publication Site for Issued and Published Sequences (PSIPS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting PSIPS from 11:59 p.m. Monday November 27 ET until 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday November 28 ET.
Please check PSIPS after the maintenance period for confirmation of availability of issued and published sequences.
Trademark System Retirement
The USPTO will retire Trademark Design and Search Code Manual (TDSCM) and Trademark External Search System (TESS) beginning at 11:59 p.m. on November 30 ET.
Users will need to save all work and exit the systems before the retirement.
