Patent Examination Data System (PEDS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on PEDS from 12:01 a.m. until 5 a.m. on Thursday, October 19 ET.
During the maintenance period, PEDS will be unavailable.
Trademark System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark System from 12:01 a.m. until 6:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 21 ET.
During the maintenance period, the following systems will remain available, but mark images and documents will be unavailable:
• Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
• Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
• Trademark e0G (TM-eOG)
• Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR)
During the maintenance period, the following systems will be unavailable:
• TM-eFile
• Trademark Trial and Appeals - Reading Room (TTAB-RR)
