Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the TEASi systems from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. on Saturday, April 22 ET.
To minimize the risk of disruption, we recommend closing any active sessions and stopping your work between 9 and 9:30 a.m. ET.
Patent Electronic Filing System-Web (EFS-Web) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on EFS-Web from 8 p.m. until 10 p.m. on Sunday, April 23 ET.
During this maintenance period, Fee Worksheets and Acknowledgement Receipts for submissions will not be generated.
Applicants may file submissions in EFS-Web during this time but wait until Monday for those documents to be generated. Applicants may still file submissions via Patent Center.
Patent Application Locating and Monitoring Examination and Post-Examination (PALM-EXPO) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on PALM EXPO affecting EFS-Web from 12:01 a.m. until 5:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 22 ET.
During the maintenance, the below features will be unavailable:
• Web Based Issue Fee Payment (Web 85B)
• Follow-on Issue fees
Patent Center will be available as an alternative for these impacted features.
Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Inquiry System (TTABVUE) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform an update on the TTABVUE system server software from 12:01 a.m. until 2 a.m. on Saturday, April 22 ET.
During the maintenance period, TTABVUE will be unavailable.
Electronic Trademark Assignments System (ETAS)
The USPTO Certified Copy and Assignments (CC&A) Product team will perform maintenance on the ETAS system from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturday April 29 ET.
During the maintenance period, the ETAS product will be unavailable.
