Multiple Systems Maintenance
The USPTO will perform
maintenance affecting multiple systems from 12:01 a.m. until 2 a.m. on Tuesday,
April 4 ET.
During this maintenance
period, availability of Supplemental Content data for new applications and
follow-ons filed will be delayed in the following systems:
- Patent
Center
- Private
Patent Application Information Retrieval (Private PAIR)
Please check Patent Center or Private PAIR after the maintenance period for confirmation of availability of the Supplemental Content Data. If you have questions, please contact the Patent Electronic Business Center (EBC) at (866) 217-9197 during their operating hours of 6 a.m. to midnight, Monday - Friday ET, or email ebc@uspto.gov.
Bulk Data Storage System (BDSS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on BDSS from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Wednesday, April 5 ET.
The entire BDSS system will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) and Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the TEAS and TEASi systems from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 8 ET.
To minimize the risk of disruption, we recommend closing any active sessions and stopping your work between 9 and 9:15 a.m. ET.
