Publication Site for Issued and Published Sequences (PSIPS) Upgrade
The USPTO will upgrade the PSIPS systems to version 2.9.7. beginning at 11:59 p.m., Thursday, December 8 and ending at 5 a.m., Friday, December 9 ET.
PSIPS (https://sequencedata.uspto.gov/) will be unavailable during the upgrade.
USPTO Customer Contact Management System (UCCMS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on UCCMS from 12:01 a.m. until 5:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 10 ET.
Users should save all work and log off before the maintenance period begins.
Multiple Systems Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting multiple systems from 12:01 a.m. until 2 a.m. on Saturday, December 10 ET.
During this maintenance period, availability of Supplemental Content data for new applications and follow-ons filed will be delayed in the following systems:
- Patent Center
- Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (Private PAIR)
Please check Patent Center or Private PAIR after the maintenance period for confirmation of availability of the Supplemental Content Data. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board VUE (TTABVUE) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform a software deployment on TTABVUE from 12:01 a.m. until 2 a.m. on Saturday, December 10 ET.
During the maintenance period, TTABVUE will be unavailable.
