Docket and Application Viewer (DAV) Migration
The USPTO will perform a migration on DAV from the Production Data Center in Alexandria to a new Data Center in Manassas in two final parts.
• Part 3 will take place from 12:05 a.m. until 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 15 ET.
Note: DAV will be unavailable during the migration window
• Part 4 will take place from 12:05 a.m. until 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 22 ET.
Note: DAV will be unavailable during the migration window. During the deployment, OC users will not be able to post for credit, approve, return, or submit office actions.
Multiple Systems Maintenance
The OCIO will perform maintenance on Supplemental Complex Repository for Examiners (SCORE) which will affect multiple systems from 12:01 a.m. until 2 a.m. Tuesday, November 15 ET.
During this maintenance period, availability of Supplemental Content data for new applications and follow-ons filed will be delayed in the following systems:
- Patent Center
- Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (Private PAIR)
Please check Patent Center or Private-PAIR after the maintenance period for confirmation of availability of the Supplemental Content Data.
