Assignments on the Web (AOTW) Maintenance
The USPTO will be perform an upgrade on AOTW beginning at 9 a.m., Saturday, October 8 and ending at 1:30 p.m., Saturday, October 8 ET.
During the maintenance period, there will be a complete outage for AOTW.
TTABVUE and TSDR are up but the assignment website will unavailable during the maintenance period.
The USPTO will perform maintenance on Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA), Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Inquiry System (TTABVUE), and TTAB Reading-Room (TTAB-RR) beginning at 12 a.m., Saturday, October 8 and ending at 3 a.m., Saturday, October 8 ET.
During the maintenance period, ESTTA, TTABVUE, and TTAB-RR will be unavailable.
Patent Electronic Filing System-Web (EFS-Web) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on EFS-Web beginning at 8 p.m., Sunday, October 9 and ending at 10 p.m., Sunday, October 9 ET.
During this maintenance period, Fee Worksheets and Acknowledgement Receipts for submissions will not be generated.
Applicants may file submissions in EFS-Web during this time, but wait until Monday for those documents to be generated. Applicants may still file submissions via Patent Center.
Trademark Online ID Verification Scheduled Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the online identity verification system beginning at 11:59 p.m., October 8 and ending at 12:30 a.m., Sunday, October 9 ET.
During the maintenance period, online ID verification for Trademark filers will be unavailable.
Customers are advised not to begin the online Trademarks identity verification process during this 30-minute maintenance window. The TEAS and TEASi filing systems will be available for already-verified customers during the scheduled maintenance.
Patent Trial and Appeal Board End-to-End (PTAB-E2E) Maintenance
The USPTO will be perform maintenance on the P-TACTS beginning at 5 p.m., Sunday, October 9 and ending at 11 p.m., Monday, October 10 ET.
During the maintenance, the PTAB-E2E system will be unavailable.
Please note, October 10 is a federal holiday and the USPTO offices are closed.
Multiple Systems Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting several systems beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, October 15 and ending at 8 a.m., Saturday, October 15 ET.
The following systems and systems that interface with these systems will be unavailable during the maintenance period:

• Financial Manager and Patent Maintenance Fees Storefront
• Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
• Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
• Trademark Official Gazette (TMOG)
• Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS)
• Trademark Trial and Appeal Board VUE (TTABVUE)
The maintenance will also cause interruptions to payment processing for users of the Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA), the Electronic Trademark Assignment Search (ETAS), the Order Entry Management System (OEMS), and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board End to End (PTAB-E2E).
