Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the TEASi system beginning at 12 a.m., Friday, August 19 and ending at 5 a.m., Friday, August 19 ET.
During the maintenance period TEASi may be unavailable.
Electronic Trademark Assignment System (ETAS) and The Electronic Patent Assignment System (EPAS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on ETAS and EPAS beginning at 11:30 p.m., Friday, August 19 and ending at 1:30 a.m., Sunday, August 21 ET.
During the maintenance period, ETAS and EPAS will be unavailable.
Trademark System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on Trademark systems beginning at 12 a.m., Friday, August 19 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Friday, August 19 ET.
The following systems will be impacted:
• Trademark Official Gazette (TMOG) will not be available. You can access recent PDF versions of the gazette on the Trademark Official Gazette webpage. For archived PDF versions of gazettes dating back to 2001, visit the archived editions page.
• Trademarks ID Manual (IDM) will not be available.
• Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) initial application forms will not be available.
• TTAB Reading Room will not be available
• Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) will be available, but all documents may not be viewable.
The following systems will remain available, but links to and images derived from TSDR will be unavailable, including mark images:

• Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
Multiple Systems Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting multiple systems beginning at 10 p.m., Friday, August 19 and ending at 1 a.m., Saturday, August 20 ET.
During this maintenance period, availability of Supplemental Content data for new applications and follow-ons filed will be delayed in the following systems:
• Patent Center
• Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (Private PAIR)
Please check Patent Center or Private PAIR after the maintenance period for confirmation of availability of the Supplemental Content Data. Patent Public Search Maintenance
The USPTO will perform a maintenance on the Patent Public Search beginning at 10 p.m., Friday, August 19 and ending at 11:59 p.m., Friday, August 19, 2022 ET.
During the maintenance period, the Patent Public Search will be unavailable.
Multiple Systems Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting multiple systems beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, August 20 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Saturday, August 20 ET.
The following systems and systems that interface with these systems will be unavailable during the maintenance period:
• EFS-Web for Registered eFilers, Unregistered eFilers, and EFS-Web Contingency
• Private PAIR
Users should save all work and log off before the maintenance period begins.

Due to Patent system maintenance, customers will be unable to access any of the services available on the Patent Maintenance Fees Storefront between 12 a.m., and 8 a.m., Saturday, August 20 ET.
During the maintenance period, the following services will be unavailable.

Fee Processing Next Generation (FPNG) Credit Card Payment Maintenance
Due to USPTO maintenance activities, credit/debit card payments will not be accepted between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m., Saturday, August 20 ET.
During the maintenance period, the following USPTO storefronts will be unable to accept credit/debit card payments:

Customers with an already established USPTO Deposit Account or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Account may still pay using one of these payment methods during the maintenance window.
If you are unable to wait until the maintenance activity has concluded to pay a fee, the following alternative options are available:

If you have questions, please contact the Patent Electronic Business Center (EBC) at 1-866-217-9197, Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to midnight ET.
PTAB Customers: If your deadline is today for the petition filing and/or other associated documents to a pending America Invents Act (AIA) case and you cannot file electronically via the Patent Trial and Appeal Board End-to-End (PTAB-E2E) System, you may use an alternative filing method. Please visit the PTAB-E2E FAQ page: https://www.uspto.gov/patents/ptab/ptab-e2e-frequently-asked-questions and see A2 for information concerning your America Invents Act (AIA) petition filing and/or document filing using PTAB-E2E alternative filing methods. If you have any questions, contact PTAB during normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., ET by telephone at 571-272-7822 or email at Trials@uspto.gov.

Patent Electronic Filing System-Web (EFS-Web) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on EFS-Web beginning at 8 p.m., Sunday, August 21 and ending at 10 p.m., Sunday, August 21 ET.
During this maintenance period, Fee Worksheets and Acknowledgement Receipts for submissions will not be generated.
Applicants may file submissions in EFS-Web during this time, but wait until Monday for those documents to be generated. Applicants may still file submissions via Patent Center.
