The Electronic Trademark Assignment System (ETAS) and The Electronic Patent Assignment System (EPAS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on ETAS and EPAS beginning at 11:30 p.m., Friday, July 29 and ending at 1:30 a.m., Sunday, July 31 ET.
During the maintenance period, ETAS and EPAS will be unavailable.
Patent Electronic Filing System-Web (EFS-Web) Maintenance
The OCIO will perform maintenance on EFS-Web beginning at 8 p.m., Sunday, July 31 and ending at 10 p.m., Sunday, July 31 ET.
During this maintenance period, Fee Worksheets and Acknowledgement Receipts for submissions will not be generated.
Applicants may file submissions in EFS-Web during this time, but wait until Monday for those documents to be generated. Applicants may still file submissions via Patent Center.
Patent Public Search Update
The USPTO will perform a Cooperative Patent Classification (CPC) Scheme update maintenance on Patent Public Search beginning at 10 p.m., Sunday, July 31 and ending at 11:59 p.m., Sunday, July 31 ET.
During the maintenance period, the Patent Public Search will be unavailable.
Public Patent Application Information Retrieval (Public-PAIR) Retirement
Public PAIR will no longer be available beginning at 12:01 a.m., Monday, August 1 ET.
