Office of Enrollment Discipline Information System (OEDIS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Office of Enrollment Discipline Information System (OEDIS) beginning at 7 p.m., Thursday, July 7 and ending at 8 p.m., Thursday, July 7 ET.
The following systems will be unavailable during the maintenance period:
• Patent Practitioner Search
• Registered Practitioner Portal
• Exam Applicant Portal
Multiple Systems Maintenance
The USPTO will perform system maintenance beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, July 9 and end at 5:30 a.m., Saturday, July 9 ET.
During the maintenance period, below component services will not be available.
• ESTTA - Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals
• TTABVUE- Trademark Trial and Appeal Board VUE
• TTAB Reading-Room - Trademark Trial and Appeals Board - Reading Room
Multiple Systems Maintenance
The RDMS product team will perform maintenance impacting several manualsbeginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, July 9 and ending at 11:59 p.m., Sunday, July 10 ET.
During the maintenance period the following manuals will be briefly unavailable between 2 a.m. and 2:15 a.m. on Saturday July 9 ET.
• Manual of Patent Examining Procedure (eMPEP)
• Trademark Manual of Examining Procedure (TMEP)
• Trademark Federal Statutes and Rules (TFSR)
• Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Manual of Procedure (TBMP)
Trademark System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark (TM) systems beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, July 9 and ending at 1:30 a.m., Saturday, July 9 ET.
During the maintenance period, the following systems will remain available, but mark images and documents will be unavailable:
• Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
• Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
• Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR)
Patent Electronic Filing System-Web (EFS-Web) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on EFS-Web beginning at 8 p.m., Sunday, July 10 and ending at 10 p.m., Sunday, July 10 ET.
During this maintenance period, Fee Worksheets and Acknowledgement Receipts for submissions will not be generated
Applicants may file submissions in EFS-Web during this time, but wait until Monday for those documents to be generated. Applicants may still file submissions via Patent Center.
Multiple Systems Maintenance
The USPTO will perform system maintenance beginning at 12:01 a.m., Sunday, July 10 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Sunday, July 10 ET.
During the maintenance period, services will not be available.
• First Actions System for Trademarks (1.0) (2.0)
• X-Search
Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the TSDR application on two consecutive nights:
•The first night of maintenance will begin at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, July 9 and end at 5:30 a.m., Saturday, July 9 ET.
•The final night of maintenance will begin 12:01 a.m., Sunday, July 10 and end at 5:30 a.m., Sunday, July 10 ET.
During the maintenance period, TSDR will be available, but might experience some slow response time.
Trademark Electronic Search System (TM-TESS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the TM-TESS application beginning at 12:01 a.m., Sunday, July 10 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Sunday, July 10 ET.
During the maintenance period, TM-TESS will be unavailable.
Trademarks Database Servers Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademarks Database Servers beginning at 12:01 a.m., Sunday, July 10 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Sunday, July 10 ET.
During the maintenance period, below component services will not be available.
• Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA)
• Electronic Trademark Assignment System (ETAS)
• Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
