Multiple Systems Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting multiple systems beginning at 5 p.m., Tuesday, June 21 and ending at 6 p.m., Tuesday, June 21 ET.
Availability of Supplemental Content data for new applications and follow-ons filed during this maintenance period will be delayed in the following systems:
• Patent Center
• Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (Private PAIR)
Please check Patent Center or Private PAIR on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 for confirmation of availability of the Supplemental Content Data. If you have questions, please contact the Patent Electronic Business Center (EBC) at (866) 217-9197 during their operating hours of 6 a.m. to midnight, Monday - Friday ET, or email ebc@uspto.gov
Office of Enrollment Discipline Information System (OEDIS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on OEDIS beginning at 7 p.m., Tuesday, June 21 and ending at 8 p.m., Tuesday, June 21 ET.
The following systems will be unavailable during the maintenance period:
• Patent Practitioner Search
• Registered Practitioner Portal
• Exam Applicant Portal
Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (Private PAIR) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on Private PAIR beginning at 8 p.m., Tuesday, June 21 and ending at 1 a.m., Wednesday, June 22 ET.
During the maintenance period, Private PAIR will be unavailable. Please use Patent Center as an alternative to electronically retrieve patent applications.
