Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on ESTTA beginning at 11:59 a.m., Friday, June 3 and ending at 5 a.m., Saturday, June 4 ET.
During the maintenance period, ESTTA will be unavailable.
Patent Examination Data Search (PEDS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the PEDS system beginning at 10 a.m., Tuesday, June 7 and ending at 2 p.m., Tuesday, June 7 ET.
During the maintenance period, users will be unable to access the system.
PALM Patent Cooperation Treaty Operations (PCT-OPS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on PCT-OPS beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, June 11 and ending at 5 a.m., Saturday, June 11 ET.
During this maintenance period, new PCT applications submitted via EFS-Web and Patent Center will experience a delay in application processing. This delay will prevent the filing of follow-on submissions for yet to be processed PCT applications.
Once PCT-OPS services are fully restored, application processing will resume.
Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) and Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on TEAS and TEASi beginning at 8 a.m., Saturday, June 11 and ending at 2 p.m., Saturday, June 11 ET.
During the maintenance period, TEAS and TEASi will be unavailable.
E-signature links for third party signature and saved forms will work following the deployment.

Multiple System Maintenance
The USPTO will be performing maintenance on multiple systems beginning at 12:01 a.m., Wednesday, June 8 and ending at 4 a.m., Wednesday, June 8 ET.
We are not expecting any user impact however; if any impact is observed, please try your transaction after the conclusion of maintenance.
