Supplemental Content Availability Delays

The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting multiple systems beginning at 8:30 a.m., Wednesday, June 1 and ending at 9:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 1 ET.

Availability of Supplemental Content data for new applications and follow-ons filed during this maintenance period will be delayed in the following systems:

    •    Patent Center
    •    Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (Private PAIR)

Please check Patent Center or Private PAIR on Thursday, June 2 for confirmation of availability of the Supplemental Content Data. If you have questions, please contact the Patent Electronic Business Center (EBC) at (866) 217-9197 during their operating hours of 6 a.m. to midnight, Monday - Friday ET, or email ebc@uspto.gov.

Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA) Maintenance

The USPTO will perform maintenance on ESTTA beginning at 11:59 a.m., Friday, June 3 and ending at 5 a.m., Saturday, June 4 ET.

During the maintenance period, ESTTA will be unavailable.

PALM Patent Cooperation Treaty Operations (PCT-OPS) Maintenance

The USPTO will perform maintenance on PCT-OPS beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, June 11 and ending at 5 a.m., Saturday, June 11 ET.

During this maintenance period, new PCT applications submitted via EFS-Web and Patent Center will experience a delay in application processing. This delay will prevent the filing of follow-on submissions for yet to be processed PCT applications.

Once PCT-OPS services are fully restored, application processing will resume.

Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) and Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi) Maintenance

The USPTO will perform maintenance on TEAS and TEASi beginning at 8 a.m., Saturday, June 11 and ending at 2 p.m., Saturday, June 11 ET.

During the maintenance period, TEAS and TEASi will be unavailable.

E-signature links for third party signature and saved forms will work following the deployment.
