Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) and Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the TEAS and TEASi systems beginning at 8 a.m., Saturday, April 30 and ending at 2 p.m., Saturday, April 30 ET.
During the maintenance period, TEAS and TEASi will be unavailable.
E-signature links for third party signatures and saved forms will work following the deployment.
Services - Electronic Library for Patents (P-ELP) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on P-ELP for three consecutive nights. The dates are as follows:
• The first night of maintenance will begin at 12:01 a.m., Thursday, April 28 and end at 5:30 a.m., Thursday, April 28 ET.
• The second night of maintenance will begin at 12:01 a.m., Friday, April 29 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Friday, April 29 ET.
• The final night of maintenance will begin at 12:01 a.m., Sunday, May 1 and end at 5:30 a.m., Sunday, May 1 ET.
P-ELP will be available during the maintenance period; however, some operations may be briefly interrupted or delayed.
Users should retry if an operation is interrupted or does not appear to have been completed.
Bulk Data Storage System (BDSS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Bulk Data Storage System (BDSS) beginning at 10 a.m., Friday, April 29 and ending at 3 p.m., Friday, April 29 ET.
During the maintenance period, the entire BDSS system will be unavailable.
90-Day Database Password Change Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting several systems beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, April 30 and ending at 8 a.m., Saturday, April 30 ET.
The following systems and systems that interface with these systems will be unavailable during the maintenance period:
- Electronic Filing System Web (EFS-Web & EFS-Web Contingency)
- Office of Enrollment and Discipline Roster of Patent Attorneys/Agents (OEDCI)
- Patent Center and Sponsorship tool
- Patent Trial and Appeal Tracking System (P-TACTS)
- Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (Private PAIR)
- Public Patent Application Information Retrieval (Public PAIR)
- Publication Site for Issued and Published Sequences (PSIPS)
- Financial Manager and Patent Maintenance Fees Storefront
- Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
- Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
- Trademark Official Gazette (TMOG)
- Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS)
- Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Information System (TTABIS)
- Trademark Trial and Appeal Board VUE (TTABVUE)
The maintenance will also cause interruptions to payment processing for users of the Electronic Trademark Assignment Search (ETAS), the Order Entry Management System (OEMS), the Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA), and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board End to End (PTAB-E2E).
During the maintenance period, viewing documents in TTABVUE will be unavailable.

The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting the TSDR system beginning at 10 p.m., Saturday, April 30 and ending at 11:59 p.m., Saturday, April 30 ET.
During the maintenance period, TSDR will be unavailable.

The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Patent Global Dossier Public Access Dossier (P-GD-PAD) and One Portal Dossier (OPD) system beginning at 12:01 a.m., Sunday, May 1 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Sunday, May 1 ET.
During the maintenance period, GD-PAD and OPD application may be unavailable.
