Standalone Sponsorship Tool Discontinued

As of September 15, 2021, the standalone Sponsorship Tool at https://patentcenter-sponsorships.uspto.gov/ will no longer be available.

Please use the Sponsorship feature in Patent Center to view and manage support staff sponsorships for EFS-Web, Private PAIR, and Patent Center. You may use your same uspto.gov account information to sign in to all filing systems. After signing in to Patent Center at https://patentcenter.uspto.gov/#!/, you can access the sponsorship tool under the Manage > Sponsor Users menu option.

If you have browser bookmarks or favorites to the standalone Sponsorship Tool, please update them to https://patentcenter.uspto.gov/#!/.

MyUSPTO Maintenance

The OCIO will perform maintenance on the MyUSPTO application on two nights:

  • The first night of maintenance will begin at 12:01 a.m., Tuesday, September 28 and end at 5:30 a.m., Tuesday, September 28 ET.
  • The final night of maintenance will begin at 12:01 a.m., Sunday, October 3 and end at 5:30 a.m., Sunday, October 3 ET.

During the maintenance period, MyUSPTO will be available, but might experience some slow response time.​

Office of Enrollment Discipline Information System (OEDIS) Deployment

The USPTO will perform maintenance on OEDIS beginning at 6 p.m., Friday, October 1 and ending at 7 p.m., Friday, October 1 ET.

The following systems will be unavailable during the maintenance period:

  • Patent Practitioner Search
  • Registered Practitioner Portal
  • Exam Applicant Portal
