Trademark System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark Examination system beginning at 9 p.m., Friday, August 27 and ending at 10 p.m., Friday, August 27 ET.
The following systems may incur a brief outage or loss of functionality during the maintenance:
- Trademark Next Generation ID Manual (TMNG-IDM)
- Trademark Official Gazette (TMOG)
TSDR Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) system beginning at 10 p.m., Saturday, August 28 and ending at 4 a.m., Sunday, August 29 ET.
During the maintenance period, TSDR will be unavailable. In addition, links to TSDR will be unavailable from the following systems:
- Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
- Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
- Trademarks Electronic Official Gazette (TMOG)
- Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Viewing on the Web (TTABVUE)
- Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS)
- USPTO Trademark Status mobile app
Trademark System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark (TM) system beginning at 10:01 p.m., Saturday, August 28 and ending at 11:30 p.m., Saturday, August 28 ET.
During the maintenance period, the following systems will remain available, but mark images and documents will be unavailable:
- Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
- Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
- Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR)
