Trademark System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark Next Generation Examination (TMNG Exam) system beginning at 9 p.m. and ending at 10 p.m. on Friday, July 16 ET.
The following systems may experience a brief outage or loss of functionality during the maintenance:
• Trademark Next Generation ID Manual (TMNG-IDM)
• Trademark Official Gazette (TMOG)
• Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
Trademark System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark (TM) systems beginning at 10 p.m., Saturday, July 17 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Sunday, July 18 ET.
During the maintenance period, the following systems will remain available, but mark images and documents will be unavailable:
- Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
- Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
- Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR)
- TTAB Reading Room
Vendor Portal Tool Maintenance
The Office of Financial Management Systems (OFMS) will perform maintenance on the Vendor Portal Tool beginning at 10 p.m., Saturday, July 17 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Sunday, July 18 ET.
During the maintenance period, Vendor Portal will be unavailable.
TSDR Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) application across two nights. The first will begin at 12:01 a.m., Tuesday, July 20 and end at 5:30 a.m., Tuesday, July 20 ET. The second night of maintenance will begin at 12:01 a.m., Wednesday, July 21 and end at 5:30 a.m., Wednesday, July 21 ET.
During the maintenance period, TSDR will be available, but might experience some slow response times.
