Trademark System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark Examination system beginning at 10 p.m., Friday, May 21 and ending at 11:59 p.m., Friday, May 21 ET.
The following systems may incur a brief outage during the maintenance:
- Trademark Next Generation ID Manual (TMNG-IDM)
- Trademark Official Gazette (TMOG)
- Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Reading Room
TSDR Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) system beginning at 11:59 p.m., Friday, May 21 and ending at 4 a.m., Saturday, May 22 ET.
TSDR will not be available. Links to TSDR will not be available from the following systems:
- Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
- Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
- Trademarks Electronic Official Gazette (TMOG)
- Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Viewing on the Web (TTABVUE)
- Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS)
- USPTO TM Status mobile app
Trademark System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark (TM) systems beginning at 10 p.m., Saturday, May 22 and ending at 8 a.m., Sunday, May 23 ET.
During the maintenance period, the following systems will remain available, but mark images and documents will be unavailable:
- Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
- Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
- Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR)
- TTAB Reading Room
TEAS and TEASi System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) and Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi) beginning at 8 a.m., Saturday, May 22 and ending at 2 p.m., Saturday May 22 ET.
During the maintenance period, TEAS and TEASi will be unavailable.

PALM-EXPO and TDA Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on Patent Application Locating and Monitoring Examination and Post-Examination (PALM-EXPO) and Trilateral Dossier Access (TDA) beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, May 22 and ending at 5 a.m., Saturday, May 22 ET.
During the maintenance period, users will not have access to PALM-EXPO or TDA.
Vendor Portal Maintenance
The USPTO will perform system maintenance on the Vendor Portal beginning at 9 a.m., Saturday, May 22 and ending at 1 p.m., Saturday, May 22 ET.
During the maintenance period, Vendor Portal will be unavailable.
