PSIPS Maintenance
The USPTO will perform a database update on the Publication Site for Issued and Published Sequences (PSIPS) system beginning at 10 p.m., Thursday, April 29 and ending at 5 a.m., Friday, April 30 ET.
PSIPS will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
PSIPS 2.9.5 Deployment
The OCIO will deploy Publication Site for Issued and Published Sequences (PSIPS) 2.9.5 beginning at 10 p.m., Thursday, April 29 and ending at 2 a.m., Friday, April 30 ET.
PSIPS admin/view will not be available during the deployment.
Patent Examination Data Search (PEDS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Patent Examination Data Search (PEDS) system beginning at 11 a.m., Friday, April 30 and ending at 3 p.m., Friday, April 30 ET.
During the maintenance period, customers may experience a temporary disruption of service.
Vendor Portal Maintenance
The USPTO will perform system maintenance affecting the Vendor Portal beginning at 8 a.m., Saturday, May 1 and ending at 12 p.m., Saturday, May 1 ET.
During the maintenance period, Vendor Portal users will not be able to submit and process invoices and eDeliverables.
PALM-PROD Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the PALM-PROD database environment beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, May 1 and ending at 9 a.m., Saturday, May 1 ET.
During the maintenance period, the following applications will not have access to the PALM-PROD database:
- Private PAIR
- Patent Application Location and Monitoring - Infrastructure (PALM-INFRA)
- Global Dossier
- Patent Examination Data Search (PEDS)
- Electronic Filing System - Web (EFS-WEB)
- FPNG/Patent Maintenance Fees Storefront – see specifics below
- Certified Copy Center (CCC)
- Cooperative Patent Classification Database (CPCDB)
- MyUSPTO
- Electronic Patent Assignment System (EPAS)
FPNG/Patent Maintenance Fees Storefront: The services provided on the Patent Maintenance Fees Storefront, including patent lookups, maintenance fee payments, and bulk uploads may be intermittently unavailable during the maintenance window. We recommend waiting until after the maintenance has concluded to use these services.
TICRS Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on Trademark Image Capture and Retrieval System (TICRS) beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, May 1 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Saturday, May 1 ET.
During the maintenance period, users will not be able to access TICRS.
Fee Payment Processing/FPNG Maintenance
The USPTO will perform system maintenance beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, May 1 and ending at 1 a.m., Saturday, May 1 ET.
During the maintenance period, all payment processing across the following USPTO storefronts will be unavailable.
