OPSG / Palm Database Migration to Servers Running OS rocky8
The USPTO will perform an administrative migration of the OPSG / Palm Oracle19c RAC Database Palm Prod to new servers running OS rocky8 from midnight-5:30 a.m. ET on Wednesday, May 22.
The following applications will experience service interruptions and application service outages:

- Assignments on the Web (AOTW)
- Patent and Trademark Assignment System (PTAS)
Systems Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting several systems from midnight-9 a.m. ET on Saturday, May 25.
The following systems and systems that interface with these systems will be unavailable during the maintenance period:
• Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA)
• Office of Enrollment and Discipline Roster of Patent Attorneys/Agents (OEDCI)
• Patent Center and Sponsorship tool
• Patent Trial and Appeal Tracking System (P-TACTS)
• Publication Site for Issued and Published Sequences (PSIPS)
• Financial Manager and Patent Maintenance Fees Storefront
• Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
• Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
• Trademark Official Gazette (TMOG)
• Trademark Trial and Appeal Board VUE (TTABVUE)
The maintenance will also cause interruptions to payment processing for users of the Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA), the Electronic Trademark Assignment Search (ETAS), the Order Entry Management System (OEMS), and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board End to End (PTAB-E2E).
