OEMS, USPTO.GOV, TMOG, and Public PAIR Maintenance

OEMS Maintenance Affecting Public/Private PAIR, and AppFT/PatFT

USPTO will perform maintenance on the Order Entry Management System (OEMS) beginning at midnight and ending at 4 a.m., Saturday, April 26.

The OEMS Web Application will be unavailable during the maintenance period.

The following applications will also be affected by the maintenance:

  • Application Full-Text (AppFT) and Patent Full-Text (PatFT) on the Web will be available. However, the two functions "Add to cart" and "View cart" will be unavailable.
  • Public Patent Application Information Retrieval (Public PAIR) and Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (Private PAIR) will be available. However, the interface to OEMS supporting Document ordering will be unavailable.

USPTO.GOV Maintenance

USPTO will perform maintenance affecting www.uspto.gov and all related Online Business Systems beginning at midnight and ending at 4 a.m., Sunday, April 27.

Access to www.uspto and all related Online Business Systems may experience intermittent service interruptions during the maintenance period.

During the intermittent service interruptions, the USPTO will be unable to collect Credit/Debit card payment.

TMOG Maintenance

USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark Official Gazette (TMOG) beginning at midnight and ending at 4 a.m., Sunday, April 27.

The TMOG will be unavailable during the maintenance period.

Public PAIR Maintenance

USPTO will perform maintenance affecting several systems beginning at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 5 a.m., Sunday, April 27.

The following systems will be unavailable during the maintenance period.

  • Public Patent Application Information Retrieval (Public PAIR)
  • Employee Locator
  • GAU Class/Subclass Search
