OEMS and System Maintenance
OEMS Maintenance
USPTO will perform maintenance on the Order Entry Management System (OEMS) beginning at 8 p.m., Friday, September 26 and ending at 5 p.m., Sunday, September 28 EDT.
Core OEMS and the OEMS web application will remain available and accept new orders. However, processing for OEMS Hardcopy, and Patent Application as Filed and Patent File Wrapper documents, will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
System Maintenance
USPTO will perform maintenance affecting several systems beginning at midnight and ending at 1 a.m., Saturday, September 27 EDT.
Payment processing might be unavailable, and USPTO will be unable to collect payments through the following systems during the maintenance period:
- Electronic Filing System (EFS-Web) and EFS-Web Contingency
- Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA)
- Electronic Trademark Assignment System (ETAS)
- Order Entry Management System (OEMS)
- Patent Review Processing System (PRPS)
- Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
- Trademark Electronic Application System international (TEASi)
