The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting the following systems beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday December 16 and ending at 11:59 p.m., Saturday December 16 ET.
The systems listed below will be unavailable during the maintenance period:
- Assignments on the Web (AOTW)
- Electronic Filing System and Contingency (EFS-Web and EFS-Web Contingency)
- Electronic Freedom of Information Act (E-FOIA)
- Global Dossier (GD)
- Office of Enrollment and Discipline Information System (OEDIS)
- Patent Maintenance Fees Storefront
- Public Patent Application Information Retrieval (Public PAIR)
- Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (Private PAIR)
The systems listed below may be unavailable during the maintenance period:
- Electronic Patent Assignment System (ePAS)
- One Portfolio Dossier (OPD)
- Patent Review Process System (PRPS)
EFS-Web Applicants
During the maintenance period, if you need to file patent applications or submissions, please use an alternative filing method.
