Multiple Planned Maintenances
Trademark System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark TMNG system beginning at 11 p.m., Saturday, September 30 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Sunday, October 1 ET.
Trademark Next Generation ID Manual (TMNG-IDM), and Trademark Official Gazette (TMOG) will be unavailable, however, the PDF version of the gazette will be available during the maintenance period.
Trademarks Search and Document Retrieval (TSDR) will be available with reduced functionality during the maintenance period.
The maintenance will also prevent use of the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) initial application forms.
OEDCI Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Office of Enrollment and Discipline Roster of Patent Attorneys/Agents (OEDCI) beginning at 8 a.m. Sunday, October 1 and ending at 5 p.m., Sunday, October 1 ET.
OEDCI will be unavailable during the maintenance period. Additionally, Adjudicated Case Tracking System (ACTS) and Patent Trial Appeal Board End to End (PTAB E2E) will be unable to access OEDCI from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Please save all work and log off OEDCI by 8 a.m., Sunday, October 1 ET. Please also stay logged out during maintenance period.
Global Dossier Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Global Dossier beginning at 10 p.m., Friday, September 29 and ending at 5 a.m., Saturday, September 30 ET.
Global Dossier will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
