Trademark System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark TMNG systems beginning at 10 p.m. Saturday, July 21 and ending before 5:30 a.m., Sunday, July 22 ET.
The following systems will be impacted:
- Trademark Official Gazette (TMOG) will not be available. You can access recent PDF versions of the gazette on the Trademark Official Gazette webpage. For archived PDF versions of gazettes dating back to 2001, visit the archived editions page.
- Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) will not be available.
- Trademarks Next Generation ID Manual (TMNG-IDM) will not be available.
- Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) initial application forms will not be available.
Users should save all work prior to logging off impacted systems.
MyUSPTO.gov and Fee Processing Maintenance
The USPTO will perform systems maintenance beginning at 12:01 a.m., Sunday, July 22 and ending at 4:30 a.m., Sunday, July 22 ET.
The my.uspto.gov website will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
The maintenance will cause an outage to Financial Manager, an outage to Patent Maintenance Fee Storefront, and interruption to payment processing for all USPTO storefronts. Users of the following systems should not attempt to make a payment during the maintenance period:
- Electronic Filing System (EFS-Web and EFS-Web Contingency)
- Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA)
- Electronic Trademark Assignment Search (ETAS)
- Order Entry Management System (OEMS)
- Patent Maintenance Fee Storefront
- Patent Trial and Appeal Board End to End (PTAB E2E)
- Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
- Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)

If your deadline is today for the petition filing and/or other associated documents to a pending America Invents Act (AIA) case and you cannot file electronically via the Patent Trial and Appeal Board End-to-End System (PTAB-E2E), you may use an alternative filing method. One Portal Dossier Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the One Portal Dossier (OPD) beginning at 10 p.m., Friday, July 20 and ending at 5 a.m., Saturday, July 21 ET.
During the maintenance period, OPD will be unavailable.
