TEAS/TEASi Maintenance

The Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) and Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi) will be unavailable due to system maintenance beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, February 3 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Saturday, February 3 ET.

If your deadline is today and the document cannot be filed electronically, you must use an alternative method of filing. Systems Maintenance

The USPTO will perform maintenance impacting several systems beginning at 12:01 a.m., Sunday, February 4 and ending at 5 a.m., Sunday, February 4 ET.

During the maintenance period, the following systems will be will be unavailable:

  • Trademark Electronic Official Gazette (eOG)
  • Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR)
  • Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
  • Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
  • Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA)
  • Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Inquiry System (TTABVUE)

If your deadline is today and the document cannot be filed electronically, you must use an alternative method of filing. Maintenance Impacting EFS-Web, FIU, NOSPS, and PASS

The USPTO will perform maintenance on the following systems beginning at 11:59 p.m., Friday, February 2 and ending at 5 a.m., Saturday, February 3 ET:

  • Electronic Filing System Web (EFS-Web)
  • EFS-Web Contingency
  • File Inspection Utility (FIU)
  • Notice of Suit Processing System (NOSPS)
  • Patent Application Services and Security (PASS)

You will not be able to access these systems during the maintenance period.

Please save all work and exit from these systems no later than 11:58 p.m. Friday, February 2 ET.

EFS-Web users retrieving a Saved Submission Package after the maintenance period should review it to ensure correctness or should submit the Saved Submission package prior to this maintenance period. If you must file during this period, please use an alternative filing method.

For PTAB Customers

If your deadline is today for the petition filing and/or other associated documents to a pending AIA case and you cannot file electronically via the Patent Trial and Appeal Board End-to-End System (PTAB-E2E), you may use an alternative filing method. OEDIS Maintenance

The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Office of Enrollment and Discipline Roster of Patent Attorneys/Agents (OEDSI) beginning at 8 a.m., Saturday, February 3 and ending at 5 p.m., Saturday, February 3 ET.

OEDCI will be unavailable during the maintenance period. Additionally, Adjudicated Case Tracking System (ACTS) and Patent Trial Appeal Board End-to-End (PTAB-E2E) will be unable to access OEDCI from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. ET.

Please save all work and log off OEDCI by 8 a.m., Saturday, February 3 ET. Please also stay logged out during maintenance period.

Global Dossier Maintenance

The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Global Dossier beginning at 10 p.m., Friday, February 2 and ending at 6 a.m., Saturday, February 3 ET.

The Global Dossier will be unavailable during the maintenance period.

One Portal Dossier Maintenance

The USPTO will perform maintenance on the One Portal Dossier (OPD) beginning at 10 p.m., Friday, February 2 and ending at 6 a.m., Saturday, February 3 ET.

The One Portal Dossier will be unavailable during the maintenance period.

Credit/Debit Card Maintenance

The third-party card processing provider for USPTO payment system, Pay.gov, is performing maintenance beginning at 6 p.m., Saturday, February 3 and ending at 12:01 a.m., Sunday, February 4 ET. All USPTO storefronts are expected to remain available, however, credit/debit card payment processing through all USPTO storefronts will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
