TEAS, TEASi, Fee Processing System Maintenance Extended and Systems Maintenance
TEAS and TEASi Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) and Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi) beginning at 10 p.m., Saturday, May 28 and ending by 5:30 a.m., Sunday, May 29 ET.
TEAS and TEASi Global Forms will be unavailable during the maintenance period, although TEAS and TEASi themselves are expected to remain available.
Fee Processing System Maintenance Extended
The nightly Fee Processing system maintenance originally scheduled to end on Sunday, May 8 has now been extended to end on Saturday, June 18. During the maintenance, the Fee Processing system will be unavailable nightly from 1 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. ET.
The maintenance will cause an outage to Financial Manager and Patent Maintenance Fee Storefront. The maintenance will also cause interruption to payment processing for users of the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS), Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi), Electronic Trademark Assignment Search (ETAS) and the Order Entry Management System (OEMS).
Users attempting to pay for a trademark order via TEAS or TEASi should save their work and not try to pay during the maintenance timeframe.
Users processing an order via OEMS should not try to pay for an order during the maintenance timeframe.
Users processing a trademark assignment action via ETAS should not try to pay for an order during the maintenance timeframe.
Systems Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting several systems beginning at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 8 a.m., Sunday, June 5 ET.
The following systems and systems that interface with these systems will be unavailable during the maintenance period:
- Electronic Freedom of Information Act (eFOIA)
- Electronic Filing System (EFS)
- Electronic Filing System Web (EFS-Web)
- Office of Enrollment and Discipline Roster of Patent Attorneys/Agents (OEDCI)
- Patent Review Processing System (PRPS)
- Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (Private PAIR)
- Publication Site for Issued and Published Sequences (PSIPS)
- Revenue Accounting and Management System (RAM)
- Financial Manager Patent Maintenance Fees Storefront
- Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
- Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
- Trademark Official Gazette (TMOG)
- Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS)
The maintenance will also cause interruptions to payment processing for users of the following systems:
- Electronic Trademark Assignment Search (ETAS)
- Order Entry Management System (OEMS)
