EPAS Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Electronic Patent Assignment System (EPAS) beginning at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 2 a.m., Saturday, February 6 ET.
EPAS will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
EPAS customers may save their submissions and submit the saved submissions once the maintenance period is complete.
