EPAS, ESTTA, and TMOG Maintenances
EPAS and ESTTA Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting the Electronic Patent Assignment System (EPAS) and Electronic System for Trademarks Trials Appeals (ESTTA)beginning at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 5 a.m., Thursday, May 28 ET.
EPAS customers may save their submissions prior to the maintenance, and submit the saved submissions once the maintenance period is complete.
EPAS and ESTTA will not be available during the maintenance period.
TMOG Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark Official Gazette (TMOG) beginning at 11:59 p.m., Tuesday, May 26 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Wednesday, May 27 ET.
TMOG will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
