EFS-Web and EPAS Maintenance
EFS-Web Maintenance
USPTO will perform maintenance on EFS-Web Registered, Unregistered, and Contingency beginning at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 3 a.m., Wednesday, September 25.
Users should not access any of the applications mentioned during the maintenance period.
EPAS Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Electronic Patent Assignment System (EPAS) beginning at midnight and ending at 12:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 28.
EPAS customers may save their submissions and submit the saved submissions once the maintenance period is complete.
