Digital Certificate Management Website and PubEAST and PubWEST Maintenances
Digital Certificate Management Website Maintenance
OCIO will perform maintenance on the Digital Certificate Management website beginning at 5 p.m. and ending at 9 p.m., Monday, November 10 EST.
The Digital Certificate Management website (https://dcm.uspto.gov/UserRegistration) will be unable to perform the functions listed below during the maintenance period.
- Activate a user's first time, new user, certificate/epf file
- Recovery actions on existing, issued certificates/epf files
PubEAST and PubWEST Maintenance
OCIO will perform maintenance affecting Public Examiner's Automated Search Tool (PubEAST) and Public Web-Based Examiner's Search Tool (PubWEST) beginning at 8 p.m. and ending at 9 p.m., Friday, November 14.
This maintenance will enable several new features:
- Family ID-based filtering will be enabled, expanding an examiner's filtering choices to No Filtering, Application Number-based filtering and Family ID-based filtering.
- The Foreign Patent Retrieval (FPRS) database as a searchable database within PubWEST at the Public Search Facility (PSF). Currently FPRS is only available through PubEAST.
PubEAST and PubWEST will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
