Trademark Maintenance
The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on Trademark applications from 12-5:30 a.m. ET on Saturday, April 11.
The following systems will be unavailable during the maintenance:

Patent Center Maintenance
The USPTO will perform a routine maintenance on the Patent Center from midnight-2 a.m. ET on Saturday, April 11.
During this maintenance period, Patent Center will be unavailable. Please refer to our Filing Documents during an Outage page for other alternative filing methods.
Multiple Systems Maintenance
The USPTO will perform routine maintenance affecting multiple systems on the following consecutive nights:
The first night will be from 12-5:30 a.m. ET on Saturday, April 11
The second night will be from 12-5:30 a.m. ET on Sunday, April 12.
During the maintenance period, user access to the following applications may be interrupted:

Patent Customers: During the maintenance period, impacted applicants may refer to our Filing Documents during an Outage page for other alternative filing methods.
PTAB/P-TACTS Customers: If your deadline is today for the petition filing and/or other associated documents to a pending America Invents Act (AIA) case and you cannot file electronically via Patent Trial and Appeal Case Tracking System (P-TACTS), you may use an alternate filing method. Please visit the P-TACTS FAQ page: https://www.uspto.gov/sites/default/files/documents/p-tacts_faqs_202210…; and see A2 for information concerning your America Invents Act (AIA) petition filing and/or document filing using P-TACTS alternative filing methods.
