System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting multiple systems beginning at 12 a.m. Thursday, October 26, and ending at 12 p.m., Friday, October 27 ET.
During the maintenance period, user access to the following applications may be interrupted:

- Electronic Filing System-Web (EFSWeb)
- Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA)
- Electronic Trademark Assignment System (ETAS)
- Fee Processing (Fees)

- Patent Trial and Appeal Case Tracking System (PTACTS)
- Private PAIR (Patent Application Information Retrieval) (P-PAIR)

Patent Customers:
During the maintenance period, applicants may file new applications, except for National Stage applications under 35 U.S.C. 371, via EFS-Web Unregistered. If you need to file a National Stage application under 35 U.S.C. 371 or follow-on submission to an existing application during the maintenance period, please use the alternative filing method.
PTAB/P-TACTS Customers:
If your deadline is today for the petition filing and/or other associated documents to a pending America Invents Act (AIA) case and you cannot file electronically via Patent Trial and Appeal Case Tracking System (P-TACTS), you may use an alternate filing method. Please visit the P-TACTS FAQ page: https://www.uspto.gov/sites/default/files/documents/p-tacts_faqs_20221007.pdf and see A2 for information concerning your America Invents Act (AIA) petition filing and/or document filing using P-TACTS alternative filing methods.

Trademark System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark System from 12:01 a.m. until 5:30 a.m. on Friday, October 27 ET.
During the maintenance period, the following systems will remain available, but mark images and documents will be unavailable:

• Trademark e0G (TM-eOG)
• Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR)
During the maintenance period, the following systems will be unavailable:

Systems Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting several systems from 12:01 a.m. until 9 a.m. on Saturday, October 28 ET.
The following systems and systems that interface with these systems will be unavailable during the maintenance period:

The maintenance will also cause interruptions to payment processing for users of the Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA), the Electronic Trademark Assignment Search (ETAS), the Order Entry Management System (OEMS), and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board End to End (PTAB-E2E).

Maintenance Impacting Manuals
The USPTO will perform maintenance impacting several manuals from 12:01 a.m. until 5:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 28 ET.
During the maintenance period, the following manuals will be briefly unavailable between 12 a.m. and 1:15 a.m. on Saturday, October 28 ET.
Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) Application Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on TSDR application on two nights:
- The first night of maintenance be from 12:01 a.m. until 5:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 28 ET.
- The final night of maintenance be from 12:01 a.m. until 5:30 a.m. on Sunday, October 29 ET.
During the maintenance period, TSDR will be available, but might experience some slow response time.
Multiple Server Maintenance
The USPTO will perform server maintenance from 12:01 a.m. until 6 a.m. on Sunday, October 29 ET.
During the maintenance period, below component services will be unavailable.
