Intermittent TEAS and TEASi Outage 

The USPTO is continuing to experience intermittent technical difficulties with TEAS and TEASi and you may be unable to submit forms. We are working to restore service as quickly as possible.  At this time, we don’t know when services will be fully restored but additional information will be posted as soon as it’s available.  


If your deadline is today and you are unable to file your document using TEAS or TEASi, please fax your documents to the Petitions Office at 571-273-8950.  Use the fax cover sheet and follow the faxing your documents guidance on the alternative method of filing webpage to meet your deadline. Contact the TEAS team with any questions at our email TEAS@uspto.gov.   


EMERGENCY: Patent Center and Private-PAIR are Experiencing Intermittent Issues

Patent Center and Private-PAIR operations are currently being impacted by other internal USPTO systems. The USPTO Technical Teams are investigating the issues and will update users when it is resolved.


Fee Payment Processing Restored

The Fee Payment Processing issue from earlier today has been resolved.
