The USPTO is experiencing a known intermittent telephony issue and/or call audio issue with calls to the USPTO. The USPTO Tech Support Teams are working to resolve the issue.
Documents are unavailable in Private PAIR and Patent Center
Currently, some e-Office Action participants are receiving notification(s) of new correspondence but are unable to view or download the communication.
The USPTO Technical Teams are working to resolve the issue on the systems that provide the documents.
