Resolving EFS-Web Acknowledgement Receipt and Fee Transmittal Issues
On September 9, EFS-Web experienced an intermittent technical issue and was unable to provide an Acknowledgement Receipt for some submissions.
If you calculated and paid fees, your payment was successfully recorded in our payment system; however, the fees selected were not printed on the Fee Transmittal.
USPTO is working to provide the Acknowledgement Receipt and corrected Fee Transmittal. If your submission was impacted, please check Private PAIR or Patent Center after September 21 for confirmation of these documents.
USPTO Call Center Delays
Due to technical problems, some USPTO Call Centers are experiencing longer than normal wait times. The support teams are working to resolve the problems and appreciate your patience. An update will be sent out as soon as the problems are resolved.
