TESS maintenance

The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS) beginning at 11:30 p.m., Saturday, September 5 and ending at 5 a.m., Sunday, September 6 ET.  TESS will be briefly unavailable.  This maintenance will improve the stability of the TESS system. 


Resolved: Temporary Delays in Submitting Documents

EFS-Web and Patent Center submitted documents previously delayed are now available in Private PAIR's IFW tab and Patent Center's Documents and Transactions tab.
