The USPTO System Availability Issue
The MyUSPTO and other systems are currently impacted by an email relay issue. Users are not receiving any emails that are relayed through prem mailboxes.
Users are currently unable to reset passwords or receive activation emails.
Users are recommended to contact USPTO Customer Contact (UCC) to receive assistance. Technical teams are investigating and working on a fix for the issue.
