ESTTA slow performance/intermittent outage
ESTTA is Intermittently Unavailable. Please retry your submission. If your deadline is today and you are not able to submit your filing via ESTTA, please screen shot any error message that you are receiving and refer to Filing TTAB documents during an outage | USPTO for alternative filing methods.
USPTO 429 errors
Users that are experiencing 429 Errors accessing USPTO systems will need to clear their cache and then retry.
If unsuccessful, please proceed to the "Reset Password" procedure to register a new password with My.USPTO.gov to get access to any USPTO system.
