Bulk Data Storage System (BDSS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the BDSS beginning at 10 a.m., Friday, June 10 and ending at 4 p.m., Friday, June 10 ET.
During the maintenance period, BDSS will be unavailable.
The Electronic Trademark Assignment System (ETAS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on ETAS beginning at 11:30 p.m., Friday, June 10 and ending at 1 a.m., Saturday, June 11 ET.
During the maintenance period, ETAS will be unavailable.
PALM Patent Cooperation Treaty Operations (PCT-OPS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on PCT-OPS beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, June 11 and ending at 5 a.m., Saturday, June 11 ET.
During this maintenance period, new PCT applications submitted via EFS-Web and Patent Center will experience a delay in application processing. This delay will prevent the filing of follow-on submissions for yet to be processed PCT applications.
Once PCT-OPS services are fully restored, application processing will resume.
Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) and Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on TEAS and TEASi beginning at 8 a.m., Saturday, June 11 and ending at 2 p.m., Saturday, June 11 ET.
During the maintenance period, TEAS and TEASi will be unavailable.
E-signature links for third party signature and saved forms will work following the deployment.

Fee Processing Next Generation (FPNG) and Payment processing Maintenance
Due to system maintenance on USPTO financial systems, we will be unable to accept fee payments beginning at 12 a.m., Saturday, June 11 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Saturday, June 11 ET.
During the maintenance period, the following storefronts will be impacted:

In addition, several online financial services will be unavailable, including Patent Maintenance fee bulk uploads and retrieval of Maintenance Fee statements, access to Financial Manager reports and transaction searches, and fee history lookups through Private PAIR. If you are unable to wait until the maintenance has concluded to pay a fee, the following alternative options are available:

If you have questions, please contact the Patent Electronic Business Center (EBC) at 1-866-217-9197, Monday through Friday from 6 a.m., to midnight ET.
PTAB Customers: If your deadline is today for the petition filing and/or other associated documents to a pending America Invents Act (AIA) case and you cannot file electronically via the Patent Trial and Appeal Board End-to-End (PTAB-E2E) System, you may use an alternative filing method. Please visit the PTAB-E2E FAQ page: PTAB E2E frequently asked questions and see A2 for information concerning your America Invents Act (AIA) petition filing and/or document filing using PTAB-E2E alternative filing methods.

MyUSPTO Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the MyUSPTO application on two nights:
• The first night of maintenance will begin at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, June 11 and end at 5:30 a.m., Saturday, June 11 ET.
• The final night of maintenance will begin at 12:01 a.m., Sunday, June 12 and end at 5:30 a.m., Sunday, June 12 ET.
During the maintenance period, MyUSPTO will be available, but might experience some slow response time.
Vendor Portal Maintenance
The USPTO will perform database patching maintenance on several of the USPTO's financial systems beginning at 12 a.m., Saturday, June 11 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Saturday, June 11 ET.
During the maintenance period, Vendor Portal will be available but submissions will not be successful.
Office of Enrollment Discipline Information System (OEDIS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the OEDIS beginning at 12:01 a.m., Sunday, June 12 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Sunday, June 12 ET.
During the maintenance period, OEDIS will be unavailable.
Patent Electronic Filing System-Web (EFS-Web) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on EFS-Web beginning at 8 p.m., Sunday, June 12 and ending at 10 p.m., Sunday, June 12 ET.
During this maintenance period, Fee Worksheets and Acknowledgement Receipts for submissions will not be generated. Applicants may file submissions in EFS-Web during this time, but wait until Monday for those documents to be generated. Applicants may still file submissions via Patent Center.
