Patent Center, EFS-Web, and Private-PAIR Issues
Patent Center, Electronic Filing System-Web (EFS-Web) and Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (Private-PAIR) are currently experiencing technical difficulties due to a Two-Step Authentication issue which is preventing registered users from signing in. Additionally, documents submitted via Patent Center and EFS-Web from Wednesday, May 25, 2022 are experiencing longer than expected delays in becoming available at Patent Center and Private PAIR’s IFW tab. USPTO is aware of these issues and is working diligently to resolve it.
