Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) Outage
The USPTO is currently experiencing technical difficulties with the TSDR system. Users may be unable to view documents or check the status of applications and registrations.
We are working to restore service as quickly as possible.
At this time, we don't know when services will be fully restored but additional information will be posted as soon as it's available.
Patent Public Search Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on Patent Public Search beginning at 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 13 and ending at 9 a.m., Friday, April 15.
During this maintenance period, missing images of US Pre-Grant Publications (US-PGPUB) for the year 2001 will be loaded into Patent Public Search.
All other Patent Public Search features and functionality, including the text view for all documents, will be available.
